XIAOMI REDMI K20 PRO REVIEW

Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor, Adreno 640 GPU, 6GB + 128GB / 8GB + 256GB, MIUI 10 OS, 6.39 inches AMOLED FHD+ (2340×1080) screen, 48MP + 13MP + 8MP AI Triple Back camera, 20MP Pop-up selfie camera, 4000mAh battery

Pros: Design, monitor, functionality, battery life, camera
Cons: Multiple pre-loaded apps, lags with high-graphics intensive games

Bottomline:

The flagship phone has a good mixture of a processor with an amazing display and camera. The phone can manage the majority of the heavy tasks easily. Front pop-up and rear triple camera, both are good to capture beautiful shots in most light conditions. Coupled with 4,000mAh battery, k20 Pro is an excellent value for money phone.
Considering that Xiaomi entered in the Indian marketplace, its gain a lot of popularity in the budget section. Currently with Redmi K20 Pro, the company is trying to catch some market share at the flagship device market segment.
The phone can be found at Rs 27,999 with hardware components. The phone has top-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor in conjunction with 6 GB and 8 GB RAM. It has pop-up selfie camera along with triple AI camera at the back.
Build quality

Almost every flagship device has a borderless layout, Xiaomi targets precisely the same by employing pop-up selfie camera, allowing 91.9 per cent screen-to-body ratio. K20 Pro retains 6.39 inches AMOLED screen with FHD+ (1080×2340 pixels) resolution.
The AMOLED screen is very bright and sharp, enabling to use the phone at bight days without any situation. It gives wide viewing angles to share the screen together with your friends and loved ones. Additionally, it sports 7th production in-screen fingerprint sensor that’s quite fast and easy to attain.
Redmi K20 Pro utilizes Corning Gorilla Glass 5 in both ends — front and rear. It protects the unit from scratches, but prone to entice smudges. The rear design has a dark end in the centre and transitions in blue color on either side. It enriches the overall design ethics of this phone and gives a premium look and feel.
Camera functionality

Primary — 48 MP Sony IMX586 sensor using an f/1.75 aperture and 1.6 micron pixels
Ultra-wide — 13 MP camera using a 124.8 degree field of view and an f/2.4 aperture

The K20 Pro clicks photographs with a good number of information in daylight. The phone finds the thing quickly while shooting as well as focuses quickly on the subject to capture good depth effect.
The triple phone captures beautiful shots balanced with particulars and vibrant colours. The camera is very snappy, and with HDR manner it further enriches details.
It captures a good amount of details with natural colour tone. The pop-up contains LEDs that light up as it rises, which seems cool. These LEDs can be turned off using the camera setting.

Performance

Redmi K20 Pro is powered with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC having eight CPU cores and is founded on a 7nm production process. The cellular device runs on MIUI 10 on top of Android 9 Pie. MIUI allows you to customise the look of the UI as per your taste. Youcan can ditch navigation buttons and use gesture navigation. It also has a dark mode that saves power as well as easy on your eyes while using the phone at night.

The phone features a few pre-installed apps including games like Ludo Master and Block Puzzle Guardian, as well as Facebook, Dailyhunt, Amazon, Google Duo, Paytm, and WPS Office. There are also several Xiaomi programs like Mi Community, Mi Music, Mi Video, Mi Pay, Mi Store, plus a Safety app.
The in-display fingerprint scanner is quick to unlock the smartphone. While using the face unlock, the selfie camera module pops up to scan your face.
The Redmi k20 Pro operates smoothly and can handle various app concurrently. We stuffed the phone with a number of apps and games such as, Outlook, MS-Office, Phone of the Duty, Asphalt 9, Deadly Combat etc..
When playing games like Asphalt and Mortal combat, the phone handled them easily. But with games like PUBG and Call of Duty, we discovered a little lag in the pictures.
We activated the sport increase and this enriches the signature response and graphics by making darker places brighter in games.
The battery can run for over 1 day in a full charge with average usage. And with power users and gamers, it can be for one day.
Within our movie loop evaluation, K20 Pro managed to remain for 19 hours 17 minutes while enjoying HD video over YouTube using full brightness and quantity.

A professional content writer does a few things for every web site. There are a multitude of
freelance writing niche areas as well, where a writer is only responsible for one part. Each writer specializes in a different area, bringing unique experiences and skills to the table. However, there is a lot of overlap among the various content areas, which means that every writer can do it.

Many writers write for websites for work from home content writing jobs

Most content writers specialize in one or two categories, but not all. Some authors write articles that are specifically written for blogs or websites that sell a product, while others write articles that are written for businesses. The article is most likely to be posted on a website when it is written to help the website in some way or another.

A writer can also write for a number of different types of articles. In order to get Work from home content writing jobs

While he has expertise in one area, they can work together to write an article that can benefit both the author and the website or blog that is selling the article. One author could specialize in articles that deal with SEO, while another could have experience with marketing and promotion in order to increase the traffic to a particular website.

Articles are not the only source for content. They will provide work from home content writing jobs

Blogs and online forums also provide a great source of content that can be used for articles or websites. If a writer is skilled at writing for these sources, it is easy for him to write for a variety of websites.

A writer must have SEO experience. In order to work from home content writing jobs

in order to write articles for websites that focus on SEO. The more experience the writer has in this area, the easier it will be for him to write articles for SEO specific niches or sites. He must also have experience writing articles that will attract people to his website or blog in the first place. Because of this, the writer needs to have a good idea of how many other writers work for similar sites in his industry so he can find out what works and what doesn’t.Every time someone uses a website or blog to advertise or promote a business, an article is posted. Articles are free, so it’s easy for people to leave them on their site. When visitors leave an article, they often click on the link, but they might not read it, just clicking on the hyperlinks that lead to another site or blog. This gives the search engines an idea of where people are coming from, and it makes it easier for the search engine to rank websites or blogs according to to the keywords that the visitor used to find the site or blog.
Therefore, it’s important for every unique article writer to be able to produce a unique article. This is possible because the writer is the one who writes it and decides where to put it and what to do with it in the future. The goal of every content writer is to make the reader want to visit the website, or blog, where the article is posted or that is written about. To accomplish this, the writer needs to have some quality content, something that will make a reader want to take action and visit that website.
Content that does not interest a reader may end up being ignored by the search engines, which is never a good sign for a website or blog that wants to get ranked. Therefore, an article writer needs to make sure that the articles he writes are informative and interesting, otherwise he will have a very hard time ranking for those keywords that interest the search engine. and attracting readers to his website.
When it comes to using an article writer, the writer should look for one that is well-trained and experienced. If a writer does not have experience writing unique articles, he may be hesitant to hire one. This means that he will need to spend money on a good writer that has experience and can provide quality articles. for the same price.

Richa Chadha responds, Saiyami Kher, RGV support Anurag Kashyap

0

Richa Chadha will take the legal route against Payal Ghosh for dragging her name in the sexual misbehaviour case against Anurag Kashyap. On Monday, in a statement released by her lawyer, Chadha said that “a genuinely wronged woman” should get justice, but no woman can misuse her liberties to “harass other women with baseless allegations.”

Richa released a press statement through her lawyers, which read: “Our Client ‘Ms. Richa Chadda’, condemns the act of her name being unnecessarily and falsely dragged in a defamatory manner into controversies and allegations being recently raised by third parties. Though our Client believes that genuinely wronged women should get justice at all costs, there are legislations that are intended to ensure that women have an equal standing in their workplace and to ensure that they have a cordial workplace in which their dignity and self-respect is protected. No woman can be allowed to misuse their liberties to harass other women with unsubstantiated or non-existent, false and baseless allegations. Our Client has initiated appropriate legal action and shall further pursue her legal rights and remedies in law as may be advised in her best interest.”

There was an update also shared by Richa’s team which stated that, “soft copy of the legal notice has been sent to Ms. Ghosh. My person along with a person from my lawyers office, went to hand deliver the hard copy of the notice to her residence, which she/representative refused to take delivery of.”

A lot of celebrities came out in support of Anurag Kashyap after Payal’s harassment allegations. Saiyami Kher, who worked with Kashyap in Choked: Paisa Bolta Hai, extended support to him by posting that he is “completely the opposite,” of what people perceive him to be. Here’s what she shared on Twitter:

Ram Gopal Varma wrote, “The Anurag i know is a highly sensitive and emotional person and I never ever saw or heard about him hurting anyone in all of the 20 years that I have known him ..So I frankly can’t picture what’s happening now. [sic]”

Rakshit Shetty: Dream big, follow your passion, and work hard towards fulfilling it

0

The actor urges students to consider their interest while mapping out their career path and calls upon them to take failures positively

“Nobody starts off as a hero, that does not happen even in films. It is passion, hard work, and perseverance that makes the difference. Dream big, follow your passion and work hard towards fulfilling it and it will pay well,” said Rakshit Shetty, actor, director and entrepreneur.

He was speaking at the inaugural session of the 18th edition of The Hindu-EducationPlus Career Counselling Conclave, which began on Saturday. The conclave, which has gone digital this year, will conclude on Tuesday.

Mr. Shetty urged students to consider their interest and passion while mapping out their career path. “If you find yourself waiting for the weekend to approach, then it means that you are not happy for at least five days a week. Doing what you love and loving what you do comes into picture here,” he said.

He called upon students to take failures positively. “Failure is a better teacher than success. I am what I am today because of failures and successes,” he said.

While responding to a question about how he handles trolls, Mr. Shetty said that he does not make space for hatred and negativity.

D. Jogish, principal, Sai Vidya First Grade College, Yelahanka, Bengaluru, who also held a session spoke about career options for those interested in commerce and management. The Indian economy has more to offer to commerce and management students than to engineers, he said, while advising students to get at least a basic degree. “Mr. Shetty is a star now. He followed his passion, but completed his engineering,” he said.

Emphasising on skill set and certification in the field, Mr. Jogish said that in India, demand exceeds supply when it comes to skilled human resource and domain expertise. “Hence, a skill set with proper certification along with passion makes all the difference in the fields of commerce and management,” he said.

Leena Kumar, founder & principal of Kumar Consultants, spoke about careers in architecture. She said that if one was good at numbers and liked formulas and had scientific bent of mind with creativity, architecture was best suited them.

Quoting Winston Churchill she said: “We shape our buildings and thereafter they shape us,” adding that architecture was designing for human comfort.

Insights IAS is the gold sponsor for the event; and East West, Acharya Bangalore B-School, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and the Shaheen Group of Institutions, Bidar, are the silver sponsors.

Deepika Padukone may be summoned by NCB in drugs case if needed: report – bollywood

0

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), probing the alleged Bollywood-drug nexus, might summon actor Deepika Padukone if needed, an official said on Tuesday. NCB sources said some WhatsApp conversations purportedly discussing drugs are on the radar of the agency.

Some of these chats were purportedly between Deepika’s manager Karishma Prakash and one “D”, they said. The official said the NCB might also summon actors Rakul Preet Singh and Sara Ali Khan, and designer Simone Khambatta this week.

KPS Malhotra, deputy director of NCB, confirmed that KWAN talent management agency’s CEO Dhurv Chitgopekar has been summoned to join the ongoing investigation. Dhruv reached the Bombay Port Trust (BPT) guest house, where NCB officials are, at around 2 pm. Sushant Singh Rajput’s talent manager Jaya Saha also reached the guest house to join the investigation.

However, Malhotra denied that any summons was send to KWAN’ employee and Deepika Padukone’s manager, Karishma Prakash. “No summons has been issued to Karishma. But we will send her a summon later this week,” said Malhotra.

“The NCB will first question Karishma Prakash and might summon actor Deepika Padukone if needed,” the official said.

During the NCB’s investigation into the drugs angle in actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, a wider drugs nexus in Bollywood surfaced. Sushant’s talent manager Jaya Saha was questioned by the NCB on Monday.

The NCB has so far arrested more than 12 people, including Sushant’s girlfriend and actor Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty, in connection with the probe into the drugs angle in the case of the actor’s death.

Sushant (34) was found dead at his home in Bandra on June 14.

Did Kangana Ranaut take a dig at Deepika Padukone using catchwords ‘Repeat after me’?

0

“Depression is a consequence of drug abuse”, says Kangana Ranaut who seems to have taken a sarcastic jibe at Deepika Padukone. Kangana’s comment comes after Times Now revealed a WhatsApp chat, which the channel claims allegedly took place between Deepika Padukone and her manager Karishma Prakash, who is reportedly an employee with a popular talent management agency.

Taking to Twitter, Kangana Ranaut wrote, “Repeat after me, depression is a consequence of drug abuse. So called high society rich star children who claim to be classy and have a good upbringing ask their manager,” MAAL HAI KYA?” #boycottBollywoodDruggies #DeepikaPadukone,” Kangana tweeted.

Just a day after Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, on June 15, 2020, Deepika had tweeted, “Repeat after me: depression is an illness.” In another tweet posted on June 16, the actress had shared: “Repeat after me: depression is a form of mental illness.”

Deepika started voicing her opinion on the importance of mental health through her foundation ‘The Live Love Laugh Foundation’ (TLLLF) in June 2015. Through the platform, the actor keeps launching nationwide awareness as well as destigmatisation campaigns.

The ‘Queen’ actor has been making headlines since the past few weeks with her tussle with Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut and BMC. Kangana’s tirade against the film industry has continued over the past weeks. Last week, she claimed all that Bollywood ever offered her were two-minute roles, item numbers and a romantic scene, that too in return of sleeping with the hero.

Richa Chadha shares update as Payal Ghosh finally accepts her legal notice – bollywood

0

Payal Ghosh has finally accepted a copy of the legal notice sent to her by Richa Chadha. Richa shared a screenshot of the delivery receipt on Twitter and wrote, “Update : The legal notice has been delivered to Ms.Ghosh.”

An earlier attempt to hand deliver the notice to Payal failed. Richa had shared on Twitter, “Update : While members of the Press were allowed to go up and continue interviewing Ms. Ghosh, the person from my legal team was stopped from serving her the legal notice at the gate of her residence this evening.”

Before that, Richa had tweeted, “Update : soft copy of the legal notice has been sent to Ms. Ghosh. My person along with a person from my lawyers office, went to hand deliver the hard copy of the notice to her residence, which she/representative refused to take delivery of. We’ve got the refusal on video.”

Richa sent a notice to Payal for ‘unnecessarily and falsely (dragging)’ her name into her allegations of sexual assault against Anurag Kashyap. Payal had claimed that Anurag told her that female actors like Richa, Mahie Gill and Huma Qureshi would perform sexual favours for him and he expected the same from her. Anurag has denied the allegations, calling them baseless and an attempt to silence him. His lawyer, Priyanka Khimani, said in a statement that he will take legal recourse.

Talking about Richa’s legal notice, Payal told Bollywood Hungama that she merely recounted what Anurag told her. “That is not my version, that is what Anurag Kashyap told me. I said what he told me. I didn’t know him. I didn’t know the other girls. I don’t have any idea about the others. I didn’t even know them personally, so why should I take their name? Who are they? There is no question of anybody’s name from my side. It is him who told me,” she said, adding, “She (Richa Chadha) should go and ask Anurag Kashyap why did he take her name.”

On Monday, Richa released a statement issued by her lawyer that said that she condemned Payal’s act of dragging her name into the matter. “No woman should misuse their liberties to harass other women with unsubstantiated or non-existent, false and baseless allegations. Our Client has initiated appropriate legal action and shall further pursue her legal rights and remedies in law as may be advised in her best interest,” the statement said.
